Politique d’expédition

We do our very best to always have stock. Since all of our product as hand made in small batches right in our shop, it may happen that certain items may not be available for immediate shipping. We strive to ensure the product are up-to-date but if per chance that is not the case, we will immediately send you an email to advise you.

Please note that the shipping timeframes are projections, not guarantees. Occasionally, unexpected delays can occur. Rest assured, we are a small, family-run business working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, and shipping rates are determined solely by the carrier.

Neither we nor our shipping partners are responsible for any loss or damage if you authorize the courier to leave your order with a third party or at an unattended location specified by you.

If you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours. In the case of damage, kindly take photos of the outer and inner packaging as well as the damaged, unused product itself. Videos can also be helpful if there is a functionality issue. For full details on how we handle damaged items, please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Additional shipping information

Combining Shipments: We cannot combine multiple orders after they have been placed. Please ensure you purchase items together if you wish to consolidate shipping costs.

Adding Items to an Existing Order: If you want to add items to an order that has already been placed, you may either cancel the original order and place a new one with all items together, or place a separate order for the additional items.

Canceling Your Order: Orders may only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once production or packing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet moved into processing.

 

Order Processing

We do our absolute best to ship the next business day of receiving your order. In some certain circumstances (e.g., busy holiday seasons, storms, clearances) we may require 2 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

If your order includes preordered or backordered items, all items, including those in stock, may be held to ship together. This could extend processing and shipping times. For transparency, the estimated ship date for any preordered or backordered is listed on the product page before purchase and in your order confirmation email.

 

Issue With Tracking Info

We're always happy to help, but we have access to the same tracking information as you. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at support@fireheadpet.com.

 

Shipping & Delivery to the United States

We are not currently shipping to the US. Once we are advised of the effects on exporting our products, we will post updates here. We are terribly sorry for this and hope we can get a clear picture of how best to deal with the fluid situation.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide, but there are a few places we cannot currently ship to.

Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We highly recommend not shipping your order to a hotel or temporary address, as it is not guaranteed that the item(s) will arrive on time or in a secure location. The delivery time stated on the tracking is an estimate and can still be subject to unexpected delays.
